What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following: Bank Transfer and Deposits to First Citizens Bank and Cash on Delivery. 

Do you do refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to change an order before the item have been shipped, that can be facilitated. 

Do I need a Credit Card to place an order?

No you do not. We accept Bank Trasfer/Deposit and Cash on delivery.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at rogueadulttoysandlingerie@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

The courier leaves promptly at 8am therefore, if you contact us via Whatsapp 1-868-372-4584 before 8am the following day after the order is placed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. 

Delivery cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.  

Can I alter my order?

If you contact us via Whatsapp 1-868-372-4584 before the courier leaves promptly at 8am, we may be able to modify your order once the item(s) are in stock.

If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

What are the business and delivery hours?

Office hours are from Mon - Sat between the hours of 9am - 5pm, packages are prepared and messages are replied to between these hours. However, our online store is open 24 hours to place your order on our website.

Courier Delivery is Sun - Sat between the hours of 8am - 6pm

Orders will arrive within 1 to 2 working days after placement of order, once your delivery address and contact information is valid.

How much is delivery?

Courier delivery cost is $40TTD for all locations within Trinidad.

Tobago orders are shipped with TTPost for $30TTD

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these products because of their delicate and personal nature.

If the product proves to be defective and is reported before close of office hours the following day via Whatsapp to 1868 372-4584 then the item will be replaced once there is more in stock, if not then the customer will be reimbursed. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos and videos of the product in question and Whatsapp us at 1-868-372-4584 with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
